If the flight is pushed back two hours, the driver is pushed back with it. He does not park at the airport and run up a waiting charge against you — the tracking moves his departure instead, so a late plane never becomes a bigger fare.

What does an airport transfer cost?

Does the same fare apply for an arrival and a departure?
It does. City to terminal costs the same as terminal to city — one flat figure for the transfer in each direction. Booking both legs of a return trip does not change the per-leg price.
Do you follow the flight if it lands early or late?
We take your flight number and check its status before the driver sets off, so the pickup shifts with the aircraft. If you touch down twenty minutes ahead of schedule or an hour behind it, the car is timed to that, and the fare does not move for it.
Will the driver find me at the terminal?
For an arrival the driver stands at the exit with your name written on a board, takes the bags and walks you to the car. Give us the name to print and a phone number, and if the board is hard to spot he rings you.
Is there a surcharge for a 4am or midnight run?
No. The transfer costs the same at four in the morning as it does in the afternoon — there is no night loading added to the flat fare. Book a red-eye departure the evening before and the car is waiting at the door on time.
What if my flight is delayed by several hours?
A held or diverted flight is on our screen, not just yours. The driver is pushed back to match the new landing time rather than idling on the meter, and a long delay does not turn into a waiting bill. Tell us the flight and we handle the rest.
